I was wondering the difference between warm up before the match or just hit the ball and warm up later prior to start the game? Which one is correct? I saw some local high school teams hit pretty hard without warm up; while the warm up teams got beat up so I thought may be there is a secret of power between warm up first or warm up at the end? any suggestions? thanks
